Baan Leelawadee is the wedding destination of your dreams. Comfortably accommodating a total of 20 people (sitting and standing combined) the villa boasts ample indoor and outdoor spaces for use.
Thanks to its proximity to a secluded beach, its poolside deck and manicured gardens, you’re free to organise set-ups that match your overall vision. Fireworks are allowed for weddings. However, you’ll need a permit from local authorities at least two weeks prior to the date.
Weddings at Baan Leelawadee
Maximum capacity of 20 guests
with a combination of seating and standing
Minimum stay of 3 nights for Low and Shoulder Season
Minimum stay of 5 nights for High Season
Minimum stay of 7 nights for Peak Season
Event fees of USD 1,200 + 7% tax
Pre and Post-Event day events can be arranged
with a separate fee of USD 600 + 7% tax
The Fine Print
Until 12 midnight only.
Music and Event Curfew
Where number of guests exceed 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa, a security deposit of THB 100,000 will be collected. Where number of guests is less than 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa for small group events, a security deposit of THB 50,000 will be collected.
Note: Security deposit is refundable provided no damage or deep cleaning at the villa is required.
