Boasting 4 bedrooms, the villa oozes effortless luxury and accommodates 8 guests. The whole property is designed on one floor, making it convenient for children and elderly guests.

Explore the turquoise blue waters of Bophut with a pair of kayaks that is shared amongst all the villas within Dhevatara Residence. These include one double seat and one single seat, perfect for a solo adventure or a fun family outing. Fire up the BBQ, which is also shared within the estate.
Relax in the open-plan living area and enjoy the intoxicating sea breeze. Outfitted with dewy white seating arrangement, glossy wooden furnishing and pops of colour, you’re enveloped by a feeling of warmth and homeliness. Settle down before the Apple TV and catch up on your favourite shows. Connect the SONOS sound system to your mobile phone using Bluetooth. If you’re working remotely, the free high-speed WiFi connects you to the rest of the world. Other complementary services include 1x roundtrip airport transfer, daily breakfast, and a baby cot/high chair (upon request).
There’s a fully-functioning kitchen, which comprises an oven, electric stove top, a microwave, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, fridge, freezer, rice cooker and dishwasher. Gather around the indoor dining table to enjoy mouthwatering meals with your loved ones.
All four bedrooms are provided with rustic teak beds, crisp white linens and cheerful lemon throws. The master suite features a Samsung Smart TV, perfect for late-night binge-watching. Along with an en-suite bathroom with dual vanity and rain shower, it also has indoor and outdoor shower. A delightful small garden connects the master suite to the bedroom pavilion. Out of the remaining bedrooms, two are located on the ground floor. One with a king-size bed, while the other has a twin bed. The fourth bedroom is on the first floor and contains a king-size bed, AC and private balcony. All have Cable TVs and en-suite bathrooms with rain showers.
What’s more? The pool offers newly-installed stainless steel steps making it easy to use for guests with special needs.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon by the Owner. Early arrivals or late departure times are subject to the availability of the Property and may incur additional charges. Below are the applicable corresponding fees:
Check - in Time: From 10:00 a.m. and onwards - 50% of the nightly rate
Before 10:00 a.m. - 100% of the nightly rate
Check - out Time: Until 6:00 p.m. - 50% of the nightly rate
After 6:00 p.m. - 100% of the nightly rate

Chef or in-villa shopping service is available at THB 300 or 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.
Pre-arrival shopping service is available at THB 650 or 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.
Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card with an additional surcharge up to 5%.
Chef Fee
Linen and towels are provided at the property. These are normally changed every five (5) days. If you require more frequent changes there may be extra charges.
No laundry facilities on site, however laundry service is available with extra charges and must be paid at the time incurred or latest at the time of departure.
